TWO GUYS IN A PLAY

Backstage, two actors question everything that has led them to this point.

We turn up night after night to do a job no one else cares about, hell they don’t even notice us doing it, then we sit back here and wait while the proper actors take all the glory.  But what’s the point?  Why are we even here?

‘A Knife in the Night’ is the West End’s latest smash hit. Adored by critics, flocked to by audiences and destined to run for many years to come. If only the cast were quite so keen on it…

With their characters killed off early in the play, two actors can only sit backstage and wait.  As they deal with faulty blood packs, philanderous  actors and unsolvable crosswords, they start to question everything that has led them to this point.  Is this what they really want?  And if it isn’t, what else is there?

Two Guys in a Play is a new comedy about theatre, friendship and the quarter life crisis.
